• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Within India

• Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days depending on your location.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

3. International Shipping

• We currently ship to selected countries outside India.

• Delivery time: 10–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.

5. Delays

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
