At StayRaw Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy will guide you through the process.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• To start a return, please contact us at stayrawinfo@gmail.com with your order number.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

• We offer size and product exchanges subject to availability.

• If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Discounted or sale items.

• Innerwear and accessories.

• Gift cards.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing pictures of the product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
